Associate Engineer, Process Development

Responsibilities

• Execute standard processing runs using advanced optical tools in a cleanroom setting, ensuring safe and reliable operations.

• Perform optical characterization and alignment with automated equipment to ensure precision.

• Conduct automated optical inspections and surface analysis, maintaining accurate data documentation.

• Manage process logistics, including issuing work orders, tracking materials, and assisting with procurement for development tasks.

• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and site protocols, promptly reporting any process deviations or irregularities.

Requirements

• Minimum education: ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Science & Technology, or related fields.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, specifically in technical or cleanroom settings.

• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills; flexibility to work shifts and overtime when necessary.
