Business Development Manager (Commercial Fit - Out/Renovation)

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial interior, renovation, and fit-out sector through proactive outreach and networking.
• Build a strong pipeline via cold outreach, client visits, and industry connections to drive project opportunities.
• Understand client needs, project scope, and budget, and work with internal teams to prepare proposals and pricing.
• Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures while maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Keep track of sales progress, update pipeline reports, and share market insights, including competitor activities and new opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development within interior design, renovation, construction, or fit-out industries.
• Strong “hunter” mindset with confidence in sourcing and closing new business independently.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to engage clients both remotely and in person.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
