Sales Executive (Construction / Commercial Interior Design/ Commission

Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling and client visits to develop new business opportunities
Expand market reach and increase market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Present and promote company products and services effectively
Provide accurate product information and professional sales advice
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly
Achieve monthly sales targets
Prepare weekly sales progress and field reports
Requirements
Relevant sales experience
Experience working with interior designers, architects, and contractors
Able to conduct client meetings and attend site visits independently
Provide lighting consultation and manage project follow-up
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial
