Working Hours : 5 days office hours, sometimes might be activated for weekends ad hoc. will be compensated with time off

Jobscope :

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleaning standards are met.
  • Inspect patient rooms, public areas, equipment and ensure timely follow-up of cleaning tasks.
  • Supervise and guide housekeeping staff and conduct training where required.
  • Monitor work schedules, manpower deployment and project cleaning activities.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives, inventory control and vendor performance.
  • Provide updates and reports to the management team.
  • Assist in planning, rostering and administrative duties
  • Conduct staff meetings and support departmental improvement initiatives.

*How to Succeed*

  • Minimum Diploma (Preferably Hospitality).
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality/housekeeping.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • IT literate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
