Operations Supervisor (Warehousing / Value Added Services)

Ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient logistics operations to support uninterrupted production and customer requirements.
Manage receiving, storage, issuance, movement, and traceability of materials in accordance with operational and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control through regular monitoring and cycle counts.
Lead daily warehouse operations, including manpower deployment, task allocation, and workforce planning.
Monitor and manage service level agreement (SLA) performance, productivity, and material flow efficiency.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and process deviations.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and service performance.
Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for logistics, inventory, and operational matters.
Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management and customers.

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
Approximately 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain environments.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material management processes.
Experience leading operational teams and coordinating daily workforce activities.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
