Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for assigned positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and post job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms and channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and talent mapping initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics to support workforce planning.
  • Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
  • Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required.
  • Assist with other HR and talent acquisition projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
