Job Description & Requirements
1. Admin & HR
1). Letters &Couriers receiving and sending, scanning. Clients' company statorsecretarial books, letters filing, keeping and report to Secretarial. Documentfiling.
2). Offices rental management, liaise with themanagement officer and landlord agent. Manage our service offices. Office dailyoperation management.
3). Recruitment, including adv-post on recruitmentwebsite. Staffs on-boarding, off-boarding and orientation, maintenance of theHR document, attendance and leaves record, meetings, events arrangement, client’svisiting registration, etc.
4). Work pass (EP /SP/WP) application and renew for our employee.
5). Manageoffice equipment, including air-conditions, photocopiers, water dispensers,computers, mobile phones, and employee email, WeChat accounts. staffs uniform.
2.Finance:
1). Patty cash, invoice accumulation, daily receivable& payable.
2). Monitor clients’ invoices and supplier payment management, And company’s MBS systems data update.
3. Welfareand
1). Salary: S$ 3200-3500 annual bonus.
2). 5-days’ work a week. Up to 14 days leaves annual. incentives,
4.Requirements:
1). ITE/polytechnic diploma and relevant experience 2years.
2). Computer skills in MS Office.
3). Ability to work independently and handle multipletasks simultaneously.
4). Effective communication skills and a team player.
