Job Summary

You will facilitate and assist in creative hands-on DIY workshops and events, engage participants to deliver excellent customer experiences, prepare materials, support corporate and school programs, assist with social media content, handle enquiries and bookings, support product packing and quality control, and contribute ideas for new workshop concepts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and assist in conducting workshops and events to ensure smooth delivery and participant engagement
• Engage workshop participants actively to provide excellent customer experience and foster a positive learning environment
• Prepare and organize workshop materials and equipment to support seamless session execution
• Support corporate team bonding and school programs by coordinating activities and participant needs
• Assist with creating social media content and photography to promote workshops and brand presence
• Handle customer enquiries and manage workshop bookings efficiently to maintain accurate records
• Support product packing and perform quality control checks to ensure product standards are met
• Contribute creative ideas for developing new workshop concepts and enhancing participant experiences

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in workshops, retail, education, hospitality, or events is a bonus
• Comfortable speaking to groups and interacting with customers
• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for DIY, arts & crafts, skincare, wellness, or education
• Independent and responsible work approach
• Willingness to work on weekends when required
