Car Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and provided leads
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and appointments
• Arrange vehicle viewings and test drives
• Assist customers throughout the purchase process
• Coordinate financing, documentation, delivery, and handover
• Assist with daily showroom operations and sales-related tasks when required

Job Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Able to handle rejection and follow up with leads consistently
• Basic understanding of car models and features.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
• Class 3/3A driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience preferred
