Project Sales Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities.

  • Understand customers’ business needs and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer retention.

  • Provide pre-sales technical consultation and after-sales support to customers.

  • Prepare solution proposals, quotations, and related documentation.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and vendors.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical sales support.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification.

  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Self-motivated, proactive, persistent, and a good team player.

  • Knowledge of AV, IT, LED, or control solutions will be an added advantage.
