Job Summary

You will support daily customer service and operations by managing sales administration, coordinating logistics and inventory, assisting purchasing, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure smooth business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Raise sales orders and issue invoices promptly after delivery to support sales administration
  • Coordinate delivery timelines with customers to ensure timely receipt of goods
  • Arrange delivery schedules and prepare goods for dispatch to maintain efficient logistics
  • Receive incoming goods and update inventory records accurately to track stock levels
  • Assist purchasing by identifying opportunities to reduce sales costs before issuing Purchase Orders
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized sales records to support documentation accuracy
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet operational deadlines
  • Communicate clearly and coordinate with internal teams and customers to facilitate smooth operations
  • Maintain organized work processes with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with MYOB software to assist with accounting and sales processes
  • 1–2 years of relevant industry experience to perform core duties effectively
