CAD / BIM Drafter

Salary: $3000 - $3500
Period: 6 months
Location: Maxwell

• Editing and cleaning of approved building / floor plans in various formats, both in 2D CAD and 3D BIM formats.
• Ensuring clean CAD / BIM data is systematically documented, organised and filed.
• Working in a team environment to track the progress of data digitalisation and ensure that the pipeline of data is delivered in a timely manner to support use and implementation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture or related fields / professional experience in drafting) and should be proficient in the use of drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD). Candidates should also be able to read and interpret building / floor plans.

• Proficiency in BIM data (e.g. Autodesk Revit), while not essential, is advantageous
• Able to comply with SOPs to ensure integrity and cleanliness of data, with strong attention to detail.
