PROJECT ENGINEER

- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements upon receipt of enquiries.
- Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and quotations for electrical and ELV projects.
- Plan and manage project execution upon award, including procurement of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower resources.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of projects.
- Manage and supervise the following systems:Electrical Power & Lighting SystemsFire Alarm Systems (FA)Fire Protection Systems (FI)Security & Access Control SystemsPublic Address / PAGA Systems
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Prepare project schedules, method statements, technical submissions, and progress reports.
- Manage testing and commissioning activities and ensure successful system handover.
- Prepare and follow up on project certifications, progress claims, and payment collections.
- Evaluate, prepare, and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs) and additional work claims.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure timely project completion.
- Attend site meetings and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in electrical, fire protection, security and ELV projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, testing, commissioning, and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a valid driving licence (preferred).
