Test/Debug Technician (12 hours Shift)

• Support testing and product validation activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Configure and set up products according to test requirements.
• Troubleshoot product failures and work with engineering teams on yield improvement.
• Maintain test records, work instructions, and related documentation.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and production activities.
• Conduct training for new team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or server-related industries.
• Basic understanding of testing methodologies and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with servers, computers, PCBA testing, or electronic systems.
• Ability to read test scripts and interpret test results or error codes.
• Basic knowledge of server architecture and use of test equipment such as multimeters.
• Knowledge of Python, C++, networking, or switch configuration is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
