Field Service Engineer

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document service activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Support on-site activities in cleanroom environments when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of field service, maintenance, or technical support experience.
• Basic PCB or software knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently at customer sites.
• Willing to work shifts, travel, and support on-call assignments when required.
