Import & Export Coordinator (5 days, Fulltime, Bonus, West)

Summary:

• Salary range: $2800-$3200 (Based on experience)

• Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
  (After probation - Alternate Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm)

• Industry: Third-party logistics (3PL) company

• Location: Tuas

• Fulltime, yearly bonus

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily trucking and shipment activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Plan and schedule import and export deliveries based on customer requirements.
• Liaise with shipping lines, depots, terminals, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and prompt manner.
• Track shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and verify job documents, billing, and records while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and container inspection requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate with experience in logistics, supply chain management or a related field is a plus

• Relevant knowledge of Singapore roads, yard, and port operations
