Job description:

  • Job Responsibilities / 工作职责
  • Handle daily administrative duties

处理日常行政事务

  • Manage purchasing, liaise with suppliers and obtain quotations

负责采购、供应商沟通及询价比价

  • Order processing and follow up on production schedule

订单管理及跟进生产进度

  • Prepare delivery orders, invoices and related documents

准备送货单、发票及相关文件

  • Support daily operations and coordination

协助公司日常营运及协调工作

  • Candidates who are fluent in both Mandarin and English will have an advantage

能同时流利使用华语及英语者优先考虑

  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Email)

熟悉基本电脑操作(Microsoft Excel / Email)

  • Responsible, organized and detail-oriented

做事细心、有责任感、有条理

  • Relevant experience in Admin / Purchasing / Manufacturing industry preferred

有行政、采购或制造业相关经验者优先

  • Welcome fresh graduated and students
