  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing details on airfreight services, pricing, schedules, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to facilitate the efficient and timely handling of airfreight shipments.
  • Assisting customers with booking shipments, arranging pickups, and tracking cargo in transit.
  • Addressing and resolving customer concerns, disputes, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with airfreight regulations and customs procedures.
  • Promptly updating event milestones to maintain accurate shipment tracking.
  • Maintaining precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details.
  • Working closely with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
  • Keeping customers informed about any delays, schedule changes, or issues impacting their shipments.
