Customer Service & Admin Officer
FIRST KONNECTION PTE. LTD.
We are hiring a Customer Service & Admin Officer for a structured education centre environment in Singapore.
This is a front-facing support role covering customer service, administration, coordination and day-to-day operational follow-through.
You will handle parent enquiries across phone, email, walk-ins and WhatsApp. You will also support enrolment matters, billing-related coordination, schedule-related requests, make-up class arrangements and general admin follow-through.
This is not a luxury-style customer service role. It is best suited for someone who is organised, steady, polite, comfortable with systems, and able to work in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle parent and customer enquiries across phone, email, walk-ins and WhatsApp
• Support enrolment and registration administration
• Assist with cashiering, billing support and payment follow-up
• Coordinate parent requests and admin follow-through
• Support make-up class arrangements and schedule coordination
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems promptly
• Work with teachers and internal team members on daily coordination
• Escalate teaching-related or academic questions to teachers where needed
• Support general front desk, customer-facing and administrative operations
Requirements
• Prior experience in customer service, admin, front desk, coordination, operations support or related work
• Comfortable handling parents and customers politely and professionally
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow processes closely
• Fast and confident with systems, admin tools and structured workflows
• Able to take instruction well and work within an organised team environment
• Emotionally steady, dependable and professional in working style
• Comfortable working in a structured centre environment
• Private education experience is not required
Working Days and Hours
• Monday: 9:30am to 6:30pm with 1 hour lunch break
• Tuesday: 9:30am to 6:30pm with 1 hour lunch break
• Friday: 9:45am to 7:15pm with 1 hour lunch break
• Saturday: 8:00am to 7:00pm with 1 hour lunch break
• Sunday: 8:00am to 7:00pm with 1 hour lunch break
• Rest days: Wednesday and Thursday
Important Schedule Note
• Weekend commitment is mandatory
• Candidates must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday are core working days for this role

• This role is better suited for candidates who are comfortable with fixed processes, multiple systems and weekend work
