Contracts & Legal Manager (High Bonuses / East)

Job scope

• Provide legal support on commercial contracts and project-related agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms to protect the company’s interests.
• Advise business teams on regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters associated with project execution and operational activities.
• Manage legal disputes, claims, and external counsel engagements, and support the resolution of contentious matters when they arise.
• Develop internal legal processes, conduct stakeholder training, and work collaboratively across departments to strengthen governance and risk management.

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor of Law with at least 6 years of relevant legal experience in private practice and/or in-house roles
• Strong background in contract law, commercial negotiations, and legal risk management, preferably within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Sound understanding of applicable laws and regulatory requirements in Singapore, with experience handling dispute resolution and compliance matters.
