Roles & Responsibilities:

To be able to handle project independently

Able to manage project team to supervise work progress and quality work

Able to manage Subcontractors and plan in progress for all works on site

To attend site meetings and inspections

Oversee proper documentation control and distribution of drawings, specifications and other technical documents

Requirements:

Recognize degree in Civil Engineering by BCA

Min 5 years and above with relevant experience in renovation, A&A, construction

Class 3 Driving Licence

Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Cert

Proficient in MS Office (Words/Excel/PowerPoint)
