Chartering Manager (German Freight Forwarder / Central)

• Working hour: Monday –Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)

Job Scope

• Lead and expand commercial chartering activities within the European market
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with charterers, owners, operators, and brokers
• Identify cargo opportunities and grow the company’s commercial presence
• Negotiate charter party terms and execute fixtures
• Monitor freight markets, vessel positions, and market developments
• Work closely with operations and management to optimize voyage performance and commercial returns
• Contribute actively to business development initiatives and long-term market strategy

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Logistics management or equivalent
• 5 – 8 years of chartering experience in shipping / freight forwarding industry
• Well-established industry connections across the European and/or Asian chartering market
