Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to account management.
- Collaborate with management to develop business expansion plans.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience in B2B sales, consultancy, trading, or international business is an advantage.
- Possess excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
