Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to account management.
  • Collaborate with management to develop business expansion plans.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in B2B sales, consultancy, trading, or international business is an advantage.
  • Possess excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
