Role Overview

The Guest Experience Team Member delivers an exceptional in-club experience for every person who walks through our doors.

You are the face of The Ice Bath Club. You welcome members, guide them through their experience, and ensure the club runs smoothly at all times.

This is not a passive role. You are active, present, and engaged — creating energy, building relationships, and helping people feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

1. Member Experience

  • Welcome every member with energy and professionalism

  • Guide first-time guests through the experience (sauna, ice, recovery flow)

  • Build relationships with regular members

  • Create a friendly, social, and inclusive environment

  • Ensure every member leaves feeling better than when they arrived

2. Member Engagement & Community

  • Actively engage with members — don’t wait to be approached

  • Introduce members to each other where appropriate

  • Support events, activations, and guided sessions

  • Help build a strong sense of community in the club

3. Operations & Daily Standards

  • Maintain high cleanliness standards across all areas

  • Manage towels, water stations, and general upkeep

  • Support opening and closing procedures

  • Monitor flow and usage of the space

  • Ensure the club always looks and feels premium

4. Product Knowledge

  • Understand ice bath, sauna, and recovery protocols

  • Confidently guide members on how to use the facilities

  • Support first-time users with clear and simple instruction

  • Promote safe and effective use of all facilities

5. Administration

  • Manage check-ins smoothly and efficiently

  • Understand memberships, packs, and offers

  • Answer member questions clearly and confidently

  • Capture leads and support basic sales conversations

6. Facilities & Safety

  • Monitor ice baths, sauna, and hot baths

  • Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and operational

  • Identify and report any issues immediately

  • Follow all safety and emergency procedures
