Operation Manager

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at company's warehouse, retail outlets and ensuring inventory book keeping, sales performance, work quality, safety compliance, and smooth coordination between junior and part-time staffs, salespersons and the management. This role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments.

The role also involves the ability to do marketing and advertisement to get more orders from the existing clients and acquire new clients to boost overall sales.
