Job Summary
Support the management and growth of a strategic semiconductor customer account by coordinating customer requirements, driving project execution, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure operational excellence, on-time delivery, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
- Support the management and growth of assigned strategic customer accounts within the semiconductor industry.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requirements, and operational matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and business partnership.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer business needs, forecasts, and project requirements to ensure timely support and execution.
- Monitor customer demand trends and proactively identify opportunities to expand account revenue and business engagement.
- Conduct regular customer reviews and maintain effective communication to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Project & Business Operations Coordination
- Manage customer projects and orders from quotation, order fulfillment, delivery, through post-sales support.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, delivery commitments, and operational performance to meet customer expectations.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly while driving effective corrective actions.
Business Growth & Performance Management
- Support the achievement of sales revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Analyze customer demand, business performance, and account opportunities to develop account growth strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, customer presentations, and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Program Management, Sales Operations, or Business Development within the semiconductor, electronics, precision engineering, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience supporting strategic multinational customers is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/MRP systems.
- Willing to travel occasionally for customer meetings and business reviews.
