Temp Customer Service (Contract)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
Salary - up to $2580 per month
Contract Duration - 3 to 6 Months
Responsibilities:
- Assist with handling incoming enquiries over the phone, emails or face to face.
- Assist to update data and records
- Any other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE A Level and above
- Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
- Excellent team player who is task-orientated
- Possess Good Customer Service Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
