What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Sales
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Recommend makeup, skincare, fragrance & haircare products
- Achieve sales targets through personalised product recommendations
- Promote loyalty programmes and online shopping platforms
Beauty Services
- Assist customers with product testing and demonstrations
- Provide basic beauty advice and services
Store Operations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store
- Ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed
- Support stock checks and inventory control
- Handle cashiering duties accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for beauty and customer service
- Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Good communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using retail systems / computers
- Positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work retail shifts, weekends & public holidays
