Position: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT: Paya Lebar / Eunos)
Working hours: 5 days’ work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,700 + + Medical claim is capped at $200 per year + 14 days Annual Leave
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities
Handle accounts administration including invoices, payments, and claims.
Support HR administration, onboarding, training, and recruitment activities.
Coordinate work pass updates, insurance renewals, and compliance matters.
Liaise with vendors on IT support, office maintenance, and supplies.
Assist with audits, government grants, and general administrative duties.
Requirements
Diploma in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR, admin, accounts, or corporate support experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate only in Mandarin.
