Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of programme-related training sessions and briefings.
  • Maintain and organise training materials, user guides, presentations, and documentation, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate programme coordination activities.
  • Assist in gathering, tracking, and managing stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Consolidate attendance records, training outcomes, and feedback data for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and administrative documentation to support programme operations.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma qualification in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working with various stakeholders and supporting cross-functional coordination efforts.
  • Meticulous, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
