Key Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries and provide professional customer service support.
  • Process, verify, and maintain records for applications, claims, reports, and related documentation.
  • Perform data entry, document scanning, filing, and database maintenance with accuracy.
  • Liaise with applicants and external stakeholders to resolve application-related matters.
  • Coordinate and support training sessions, workshops, and internal activities.
  • Assist with event logistics and operational arrangements.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for system testing and improvement initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration duties.
  • Support the team with various administrative projects and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
  • Available to commit for at least 3 months.
  • Able to start work within a short notice period.
  • Prior experience is not required; structured training will be provided.
  • Interested in administrative operations within the healthcare sector.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
