People & Culture Business Partner | Regional HR Generalist

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner closely with business leaders to support workforce planning and people strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Drive and enhance HR policies, processes, and programmes to strengthen operational effectiveness and employee engagement
• Manage a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compensation support
• Provide trusted HR guidance and practical solutions to managers and employees on day-to-day people matters
• Review HR data and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support business decision-making
• Lead and participate in employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture
• Contribute to HR transformation projects, process enhancements, and regional people initiatives
• Support programmes focused on employee well-being, development, and overall employee experience

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships across different levels of the organisation
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
