Employment Type: Locum
Salary: $60 per case Weekday, $65 per case Weekends
Working Hours: Min 3-5 days a week, 830-6pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct patient assessments and care planning
- Monitor patients' conditions and document care provided
- Educate patients and caregivers on care management
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid SNB and BCLS
- InterRAI Certified
- Relevant nursing experience in community care, home care, or related settings would be advantegous
