Front Desk Associate / Receptionist

The plunge club is a fitness & wellness club focused on contrast therapy (sauna and ice baths). We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join us as Front Desk Associates / Receptionists.

You enjoy interacting with people. You’re reliable, solution-oriented, and always up for a challenge.

• Warmly welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in process.
  Proactively engage with members offering mindful guidance to elevate their experience.
• Educate guests on Contrast Therapy etiquette, benefits, and our special programs.
• Conduct routine cleanliness and safety checks to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Oversee operations of sauna, cold plunge pools, and recovery spaces.
• Assist with membership queries, sign-ups, and customer feedback. Monitor and replenish wellness product stock as needed.

We are open daily from 8am to 9pm (weekdays) and 9am to 9pm (weekends). We operate two shifts daily.
