- Assist in staff scheduling, manpower planning, and attendance monitoring.
- Support inventory control for beverages, service supplies, and restaurant operating equipment.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, ambience, and presentation to maintain brand standards.
- Assist in implementing promotional activities, upselling initiatives, and operational improvements.
