Fund Accountant/Operations Associate (No Experience Welcomed)

About our client
Opportunity to join a fast-growing quantitative investment firm and get hands-on exposure to real fund operations from day one.

What You'll Do

• Handle day-to-day fund operations — processing investor transactions (money coming in and out of the fund), opening new accounts, and keeping documentation organized and up to date
• Review fund valuation reports (NAV reports) prepared by external fund administrators — learn to spot discrepancies and ensure numbers are accurate
• Support annual fund audits and regulatory declarations — great way to understand how funds are governed and reported
• Be the go-to person for external partners like brokers, fund administrators, and service providers

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or any related field (No experience are welcomed)
• Strong attention to detail — you'll be handling numbers and documents that matter
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
• Good with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to pick up new tools
• Genuine interest in financial markets and how funds work
