Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks, and teas to customers.
• Ensure all beverages are made according to our high standards and with a focus on consistency.
• Greet customers with a positive, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee machine, counters, and storage areas.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Assist in opening and closing the café, ensuring all tasks are completed before and after shifts.
• Promote menu items, seasonal specials, and add-ons to customers in an engaging manner.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barista is preferred.
• A genuine love for coffee and coffee culture.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
