Hair Stylist

Job Scope:

• Perform hair cutting, trimming, coloring, styling, and treatments as requested by clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired results.
• Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all tools, equipment, and the workstation.
• Promote salon products and services to customers and recommend suitable haircare solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Ensure compliance with salon policies and industry health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Hair Stylist.
• Proficient in a variety of hair techniques, including advanced cuts, color applications, and chemical treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for hairstyling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
