Role Overview
We are seeking a world-class marketer to lead and execute our growth and marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, brand, content, partnerships, and performance channels.
You will own marketing KPIs end-to-end and work directly with leadership to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, market positioning, and brand expansion.
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, commercially minded, and obsessed with performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Performance Marketing
Build and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels
Optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion funnels, and attribution models
Drive measurable customer and revenue growth through data-driven experimentation
Manage marketing budgets efficiently with strong ROI accountability
Brand & Positioning
Develop compelling brand messaging and market positioning
Lead integrated campaigns that strengthen awareness and engagement
Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and channels
Content & Demand Generation
Oversee content strategy across social, email, SEO, video, and lifecycle marketing
Develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and customer demand
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting marketing assets
Analytics & Strategy
Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel metrics
Build reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights
Identify growth opportunities through experimentation and market analysis
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with founders, sales, product, and operations teams
Build and manage internal or external marketing teams/agencies where necessary
Drive execution speed while maintaining strategic alignment
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
5–10+ years of proven marketing experience with strong growth results
Demonstrated success scaling revenue, users, or lead generation
Deep expertise in performance marketing and digital acquisition channels
Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools
Excellent understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and customer journeys
Experience managing significant marketing budgets effectively
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to operate independently in high-growth environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in startups, high-growth companies, AI, or B2B growth environments
Hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
TikTok Ads
SEO & content growth
Marketing automation platforms
Experience building teams and scaling marketing functions
Understanding of AI-powered marketing workflows and automation tools
