SITE SUPERVISOR cum engineer

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise building construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues on site.
• Manage project costs, materials, manpower, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Attend project meetings and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards.
• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations, BCA requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in HDB, commercial, industrial, or residential building projects is an advantage.
