A Marketing Associate supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this entry to mid-level role involves conducting market research, analyzing consumer data, managing social media, and creating engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
• Market Research: Gather and analyze consumer behavior, demographics, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
• Data & Analytics: Track marketing and sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and forecast trends to optimize future campaigns.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread copy for emails, blog posts, websites, and marketing collateral.
• Event Coordination: Help plan and organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and align with business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in handling data, interpreting market trends, and evaluating ROI on advertising spend.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, Content Management Systems (CMS), and SEO/SEM strategies.
• Organization: Strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
