Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities in wood processing / edge banding workshop

- Assign tasks to workers based on production schedule

- Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met

- Train new workers on machine operation and safety

- Assist in basic machine troubleshooting

- Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety compliance

- Report daily production status to management

- Coordinate with logistics team on material and delivery arrangement

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in woodworking, edge banding, or furniture manufacturing

- Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred

- Able to read basic technical drawings or cutting lists is an advantage

- Physically fit to stand and walk in production area

- Able to work 6 days per week

- English proficiency is not required
