We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of the shop.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the shop
  • Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

2. Sales & Business Performance

  • Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
  • Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports
  • Implement promotional activities and sales strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer satisfaction

3. Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff
  • Prepare staff work schedules and manage attendance
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching where necessary
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment

4. Customer Service

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

5. Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
  • Conduct stock checks and inventory audits
  • Minimize stock losses and discrepancies
  • Ensure proper product display and merchandising

6. Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and operational records
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers and management on operational matters
