JK Recruitment Services Pte Ltd is a licensed recruitment agency providing manpower solutions across Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Healthcare, F&B, and various other industries in Singapore.

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Understand clients' hiring needs and propose suitable manpower solutions

• Arrange and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and business discussions

• Prepare quotations, service agreements, and follow up on business opportunities

• Work closely with recruiters to ensure successful delivery of recruitment services

• Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline

• 1–3 years of B2B sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing experience

• Candidates from Healthcare, Logistics, Manufacturing, F&B, Freight Forwarding, Insurance, Financial Advisory, Telco, or related industries are welcome to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn

• Comfortable with cold calling and client acquisition activities

• Self-motivated and results-oriented
