Logistic Coordinator

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily delivery schedules between production team and customers

- Plan and optimize transport routes for timely delivery of finished wood products

- Maintain company vehicle records including road tax, inspection schedules, and maintenance logs

- Prepare shipping documentation and maintain delivery records

- Coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient daily operations

- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization

- Ensure compliance with safety standards during loading, transport, and unloading

- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required

Requirements:

- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license

- Minimum 3 years driving experience in Singapore

- Physically fit to assist with loading and unloading (up to 20kg)

- Able to work 6 days per week

- Experience in logistics coordination or transport operations is an advantage

- Experience in manufacturing or woodworking industry is an advantage
