Job Summary

The Corporate Finance Executive (Loans & Operations) supports financing applications, manages client portfolios, coordinates with financial institutions, and ensures smooth daily operations, gaining exposure to banking, mortgage advisory, and corporate services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage loan and financing cases from application through completion to ensure timely processing
  • Review and verify client documents for completeness and accuracy before submission to financial institutions
  • Follow up proactively with clients and consultants to obtain outstanding documents and information
  • Liaise effectively with Sales Consultants, Relationship Managers, Bankers, Financial Institutions, and Partners on financing cases
  • Monitor case progress and provide timely updates to consultants and clients to maintain transparency
  • Assist consultants in preparing and structuring financing applications to maximize approval success and improve submission quality
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all loan applications and supporting documentation
  • Support consultants in managing client portfolios and maintaining up-to-date client records
  • Track key dates such as loan repayment schedules, renewal deadlines, and corporate secretarial requirements, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders
  • Foster strong client relationships through prompt, professional communication
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to corporate secretarial and advisory services to support operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with service providers and business partners to facilitate smooth corporate advisory operations
  • Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records for easy retrieval and compliance
  • Stay informed on financing products, lending criteria, and promotional offers from banking and financial institution partners
  • Update and share product information and submission requirements with consultants to maintain competitive service standards
  • Handle day-to-day office administration, including managing inventory, stationery, pantry supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Support management with operational improvements and ad-hoc projects to enhance office efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high responsibility and accuracy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in banking, finance, mortgage, loan processing, insurance operations, corporate secretarial, or administrative roles
  • Fresh graduates with strong learning aptitude are encouraged to apply

Location Singapore, Ubi (Nearest MRT - Tai Seng CCL across the road)

Employment Type Full-Time

Salary S$2,500 per month + CPF Contributions

Probation Period 3 Months

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9: 30 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible Working Arrangement)
