Job Summary

Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of HVAC, chillers& freezers, and electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency andcompliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate equipment and tools and perform preventive maintenance to ensure operational readiness and compliance
• Repair and maintain chiller & freezer, air-conditioning, HVAC, ACMV, and electrical systems to sustain optimal performance
• Service and repair industrial chiller units to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, calibration, inspection, and testing activities to ensure system functionality
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with appliance standards and the Health and Safety Act
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to scheduled maintenance plans to prevent equipment failure
• Supervise subcontractor work progress and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely and quality completion
• Prepare testing and commissioning reports documenting system performance and compliance
• Compile monthly internal reports detailing maintenance activities and outcomes
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Certificate/Diploma in precision, mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
