Compounder

· Clean and wash utility production containers

· Support to general maintenance (cleaning) of warehouse and production areas

· Disposal of any empty containers and trash material and any scrap i.e. broken pallets

· Obtain a new pipette and sample vials

· Process selected order by printing QC and finished goods labels

· Sample contents and affix labels as needed

· Ability to learn other duties such as pumping and crushing of drums

· Weigh, label and pack products according to manufacturing orders

· Ensure accuracy during dispensing and weighing. (Knowledge of raw materials will have an effect on quality)

· Verify manufactured quantity against packaging quantity

· Move products to designated áreas

· Report any equipment malfunction

· Compounding & mixing any formulas as required and assigned

· According to specifications, performs the dispensing and/or weighting of raw materials for manufacturing orders of compounding fragrances as required

· Ensure accuracy during dispensing and weighing. (Knowledge of raw materials Will have an effect on quality)

· Responsible for quality control process

· Perform handling of materials including hazardous materials

· Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
