Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Prepare and review Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and quality procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications, ISO standards, MOM requirements, SS standards, and project contractual obligations.
  • Lead quality audits, internal inspections, and vendor assessments.
  • Monitor all site construction activities.
  • Ensure inspections and tests are conducted according to approved ITPs and procedures.
  • Coordinate with construction, engineering, and client representatives on quality-related matters.
  • Review and approve quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and turnover dossiers.
  • Ensure proper documentation for inspection.
  • Lead investigation and resolution of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvement actions.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, third-party inspectors, and relevant authorities regarding QA/QC matters.
  • Attend project meetings, inspections, audits, and quality reviews.
  • Support project handover, commissioning, and final documentation submission.
  • Lead and supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, coordinators, and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on quality standards and procedures.
  • Promote continuous improvement and quality awareness across project teams.
