Principal Product Manager***

This will be a 2-years direct contract position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of product strategy.
• Guide junior product managers to perform rigorous analysis and translate findings into sound product decisions.
• Accountable for balancing short-term delivery speed against long-term technical debt
• Foster a team culture defined by speed, simplicity, and agility.
• Identify and remove systemic inefficiencies.
• Translate divisional goals into a coherent theory of success, working with teams to develop OKRs and long-term roadmaps.
• Anticipate systemic risks and changes
• Work across teams and functions, ensuring that effort is aligned and that progress is visible.
• Build and maintain strategic cross-functional partnerships, facilitate high-stakes discussions, and ensure that diverse perspectives are heard and acted upon.
• Coach people managers and senior leaders, conduct regular one-on-ones with direct and indirect reports, and lead recruitment efforts to bring in and develop top talent.
• Gather teams feedback, providing the right resources and infrastructure, and keeping teams motivated and engaged over the long term.

Requirements

• Strong track record of product leadership in complex, fast-moving environments.
• An experienced people manager.
